Getting started with Sovariq Scheduler

Follow a clear path from installation through your first reviewed schedule.

Your path to a working schedule

  1. Install Sovariq Scheduler.Use the approved installer from the Download area and follow the Windows setup prompts.
  2. Open Sovariq Scheduler and sign in.Use your Sovariq coordinator sign-in. The Website does not require a separate coordinator account.
  3. Create, join, or restore a congregation.The first-start screen guides you to the Desktop path that matches your congregation.
  4. Complete congregation settings.For a new congregation, enter the working congregation and meeting details in Congregation Settings.
  5. Review trial or licence status.Sovariq Scheduler shows the current congregation status. If a purchase or plan change is needed, start it in Desktop, complete payment on Stripe’s hosted page, then return to Desktop and refresh the licence.
  6. Review people and eligibility.Confirm active people, assignment eligibility, groups, families, availability, and the other details that guide assignment choices.
  7. Prepare meeting content.Review the meeting weeks and parts you want to schedule.
  8. Create the first draft.Use the Automatic Fair Assignment Generator to prepare assignments from your configured eligibility, history, rotation, and scheduling rules.
  9. Review and finalize.Check conflicts, make coordinator adjustments, and prepare the schedule for your normal sharing or output process.

A useful first session

For your first session, focus on congregation settings, people, eligibility, and one scheduling period. This gives you a manageable set of information to review and makes the first generated schedule easy to check.
