Use your own coordinator access
Coordinator access is managed through Sovariq Scheduler. A separate Website account is not required for ordinary coordinators.
Everyday security habits
- Use a strong, unique password for your Sovariq sign-in.
- Keep your coordinator email current and accessible.
- Complete the extra sign-in verification step when Sovariq presents it.
- Use approved coordinator devices for congregation work.
- Review coordinator and device access when responsibilities change.
- Use the access recovery path when you need to regain access.
Device changes
When you move to a new computer, use the normal join or recovery choices so the new device becomes part of the congregation’s authorized coordinator setup.
