Licensing and payment

How licensing works

1. Review the plan information.Use the public Licensing and Pricing pages to compare the current pre-release options. No Website account is required.
2. Open the correct congregation in Sovariq Scheduler.Create, join, or restore the congregation through the normal Desktop workflow before managing its licence.
3. Review trial or licence status in Sovariq Scheduler.Sovariq Scheduler shows the status for the active congregation and the available purchase or plan-change actions.
4. Start the licence action in Sovariq Scheduler.Purchase, renewal, upgrade or downgrade begins in Sovariq Scheduler so the correct congregation and plan are bound to the request.
5. Complete payment on Stripe.Stripe’s hosted checkout collects the payment details. Sovariq does not ask for card or bank credentials on a Sovariq-owned form.
6. Return to Sovariq Scheduler and refresh.The browser return is informational; the licence changes only after the payment result has been securely verified.

Keep licence information current

Use the public Congregation ID when support needs a congregation reference. Purchases, renewals, upgrades and downgrades begin in Sovariq Scheduler, Stripe handles payment details, and Sovariq Scheduler refreshes the securely verified congregation licence.
